Role – MERN Lead
Location – Chennai
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a MERN Lead – React JS/Node, located in Chennai. The MERN Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and designers to build web applications using the MERN stack. The MERN Lead will also be responsible for creating technical solutions to business problems and working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js/Native
- Experience with Node.js, MongoDB, and Express.js
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure
- Experience with Git, and Agile Methodologies
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience in mentoring developers and providing technical leadership
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field
- Prior experience in leading MERN stack projects for at least 2 years.
- Experience in architecting, designing and building scalable and reusable systems
