Full Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced React.js Front-End Developer to join our dynamic startup environment. As a Front-End Developer, you will work closely with our backend developers and UX designers to build innovative and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in React.js development, possess strong leadership qualities, and have a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and Figma design tool.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with backend developers and UX designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Develop new user-facing features and enhance existing features using React.js.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Collaborate with the team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.
- Work closely with the QA team to identify and fix front-end issues or bugs.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a React.js Front-End Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.
- Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools to understand and implement UI/UX designs.
- Knowledge of front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, Yarn).
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
