The Prism UI team at Nutanix is responsible for building the user interface for the Nutanix Prism platform. Single pane of management solution tailored for Nutanix’s Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, Prism offers an integrated solution for managing all virtual infrastructure resources, including computing, storage, and networking. It’s a tough job to make everything simple and easy to use, but it’s also really rewarding. Joining this team entails the excitement of mastering state-of-the-art front-end technologies and actively contributing to a customer-facing product.
Your role
- Deliver best of the class user experience to the customers, with a keen eye for aesthetics
- Develop a deep and wholesome understanding of customer use cases and design innovative solutions for customer requirements
- Work on defining functionality that is easy-to-use, intuitive to customers
- Work closely with UX design, backend development and product management teams to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with developing maintainable and long-lasting code
- Extensive experience developing Single Page Applications using JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and its ecosystem
- Experience with React.js, Redux and D3.js
- Knowledge of TypeScript and familiarity with any server-side language and databases is preferred
- 2 – 5 years of experience designing and developing front-end applications is required.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $92,800 and $184,800/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
