- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- 3 years of experience managing a team within a staffing-related function.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building customer relationships and acting as a consultant and advisor to business leaders on recruitment.
- Experience liaising with staffing colleagues and business leaders globally.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple customers.
- Ability to organize, analyze, and communicate data to stakeholders.
- Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team while being highly motivated with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of recruiters and support staff to successfully and strategically deliver on hiring goals and increase productivity.
- Create and implement a staffing business strategy and infrastructure that will be the framework for achieving an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, customer management, and candidate satisfaction.
- Oversee the management and development of a team of recruiters. Create and maintain a team environment of continuous improvement and learning with a focus on team efficiency and productivity.
