JD for Motion Graphic Designer at Creating Conversion –
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and Design:
– Collaborate with creative teams and clients to understand project objectives and requirements.
– Generate ideas and concepts for motion graphics and visual storytelling.
2. Animation and Video Production:
– Create motion graphics, animations, and video content using software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
– Develop and execute animations that enhance storytelling and effectively convey messages.
3. Graphic Design:
– Design and integrate static graphics, typography, and other visual elements into motion graphics projects.
– Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
4. Storyboarding and Scripting:
– Develop storyboards, scripts, or shot lists to plan the sequence of scenes and transitions for animations and videos.
5. Editing and Post-Production:
– Edit and refine video footage, ensuring smooth transitions, proper pacing, and visual coherence.
– Add sound effects, music, voiceovers, and other audio elements as needed.
6. Visual Effects:
– Incorporate visual effects, compositing, and 3D elements into animations when required.
7. Technical Expertise:
– Stay updated on the latest industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies related to motion graphics and video production.
8. Quality Control:
– Review and ensure the quality and consistency of final output, including resolution, color accuracy, and compression settings.
9. Collaboration:
– Work closely with other creative professionals, including graphic designers, illustrators, video editors, and project managers, to meet project goals and deadlines.
10. Project Management:
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adhere to project timelines.
Qualifications:
– A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
– Proficiency in motion graphic design software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar programs.
– Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
– Knowledge of video editing and post-production techniques.
– Familiarity with 3D animation software is a plus.
– Knowledge of blender and C4D is a plus.
– Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
– Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and tight deadlines.
JD for Graphic Designer at Creating Conversion –
1. Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual designs.
2. Visual Content Creation:Design a wide range of materials, including but not limited to, digital graphics, social media visuals, print collateral, presentations, and more.
3. Layout and Composition: Ensure that designs follow established brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message through layout, typography, and color choices.
4. Image Editing and Enhancement: Edit and enhance images to optimize visual impact while maintaining the authenticity of the content.
5. Brand Consistency:Maintain visual consistency across all materials to strengthen the brand’s identity and recognition.
6. Digital and Print: Design for both digital and print platforms, adapting designs as required for different mediums.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to ensure design alignment with overall objectives.
8. Creative Problem-Solving: Approach design challenges with innovative and creative solutions that align with project goals.
9. Quality Control: Review designs for accuracy and adherence to project requirements before finalizing and distributing.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
5. Creative thinking and the ability to generate original ideas while adhering to brand guidelines.
6. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
7. Effective communication skills to present and explain design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
8. Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design is a plus.
