The Sr. SEO Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing search engine optimization strategies to improve the online visibility and ranking of clients’ websites. They will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality SEO services.

Knowledge and Expertise:
● Complete understanding of SEO, including On-Page, Off-Page, and Content optimization, ASO, and YouTube.
● Build proficiency in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, App Radar, and more.
● Ability to execute SEO/ASO/YT tasks according to Monthly Plans of Action (POA) and Statements of Work (SOW).
● Effectively document client requirements and generate first drafts for reports and SEO reporting decks.
● Drive action items and prioritize tasks with clients and internal teams.
● Maintain open and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
● Summarise clients’ business needs and facilitate technology solutions when necessary.
● Consistently maintain a low escalation rate for respective clients.
● Improve response time for clients’ QoQ (for a minimum of 3 quarters).
● Document, review, and revise SOP documents quarterly based on CSI/QI audit scores.
● Mentor at least 2 individuals within 3-4 quarters and conduct their PDP files and share notes with all levels up to capacity lead.
Expectations:
● Act as a mentor to new employees, helping them understand channel basics and operations for a quarter.
● Thoroughly understand the channel through successful completion of training within the first 3 months of joining.
● Demonstrate active participation in account execution tasks and ensure error-free execution for accounts
● Deliver polished documents and presentations with minimal errors.
● Be receptive to feedback and incorporate changes/modifications made by seniors.
● Perform daily checks and report abnormalities in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
● Maintain over 90% scrum attendance monthly.
● Develop expertise in automation and effectively use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Search Console for daily operations.
● Troubleshoot problems and create Plans of Action (PoA) based on the analysis.
