Job Overview:
We are seeking a Web Analyst with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), along with a strong understanding in HTML and website technologies.JavaScript functionality and understanding (good to have).
Google Tag Manager (GTM):
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of how GTM functions.
- Apply knowledge of Data layers and its practical application.
- Experience in web app tracking using GTM.
- Understanding of event parameters and user parameters
- Understanding of the data layer and experience writing data layers as ands when needed
Google Analytics 4 (GA4):
- GA4 migration
- Set up new GA4 while adhering to best GA4 practices and business goals
- Configure GA4 events using GTM and define audiences
- Develop Freeform, Funnel, and Path explorations and other custom reports
- Utilize and understand user parameters, custom definitions, attribution models, audiences, and conversions in GA4 for insightful analysis.
- Create measurement strategies and use data to tell compelling stories.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of HTML
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics 4
- JavaScript (good to have)

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage complex analytics projects

Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in web analytics and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in English (intermediate proficiency).
- Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.
