As a Senior Business Development Officer (BDO) specializing in IT solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of Kaizen SoftServices. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and market presence within the IT sector.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing efforts.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends customer needs, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor activities, strategies, and offerings to identify areas of differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and development to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Industry Networking: Represent Kaizen SoftServices at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in business development roles within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services including website development, mobile apps, and customized applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Proficiency in market research tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in project management and proposal writing is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
